• By joining Click ‘n Connect, I/we agree to the following:
• Shields Consulting will refer qualified client leads to our business based on their specific needs.
• It is our business’s sole responsibility to contact each lead timeously, professionally, and with the highest standards of service.
• We agree to pay Shields Consulting a spotter’s fee of 10% on each successful sale or contract resulting from these leads.
• Spotter’s fees are payable within 7 days of receiving full payment from the client.
• Failure to follow up promptly, uphold service standards, or honor spotter’s fee obligations will result in immediate removal from the Trusted Partner Network.

LEAD FOLLOW-UP COMMITMENT 
I/we commit to contacting every Click ‘n Connect lead within 24–48 hours of receipt.
I/we understand it is our responsibility to deliver professional and high-quality service at all times.
I/we accept that poor communication, delayed response, or unresolved complaints may lead to removal.
I/we agree to keep Shields Consulting updated on each lead outcome and to settle agreed spotter’s fees promptly.
